Devices: We offer a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, excluding wear and tear, damage caused by liquid ingress (condensate, liquid, water) and natural wear and tear.
Evaporators/heads: We provide a functional guarantee on wear parts such as evaporators, evaporator heads and sealing rings during commissioning. Siffing or leakage is not covered by the warranty provisions.
